Use this online form to create your application, which must be mailed in.  You can get a voter registration form from the Delaware County Voter Registration Office or at your local library.

Individuals may apply to register to vote at their County Voter Registration Office (see Delaware County office below) or other designated sites, such as PennDOT photo license centers, or other government offices.
